& assigned vnto the saied William Shacksphere which is to endure vntill the feast
of St Michaell tharchangell next ensueinge the date hereof & noe longer
onel excepted & foreprised And the saied Raphe Hubaud doth by thees presentes

William Shakesphere his executors administrators & assignes that the sayed Moyties
